Falle Nioke & Ghost Culture have just released their new Badiare EP via PRAH Recordings. Lead single 'Leywole' - a mainstay of BBC 6 Music's A List in recent months - has been reworked by Bristol/London band Squid and is shared today. Squid have turned the track on its head entirely, stripping it of many of the rhythmic elements that are so prominent on the original version. Its new form is over seven minutes long - a journey that evolves from a minimal, ambient synth and vocal soundscape, into an alternate realm which sounds like a sonic embodiment of outer-galactic life. Squid explain, "Remixes are a fun way for us to zoom in on our inspirations, let loose with DIY living room table setups and pretend that we are proficient music producers.
